Westdama Holsteins was established in 1972 by Wes and Margaret Seeliger. At that stage it was located at Eden Valley in the Barossa Valley.
In 2002 Matt Seeliger took over the "WESTDAMA" prefix and relocated the herd to its current location at Glencoe West in the Limestone Coast.
